位於綜合運動場左側，於78年元月份開始興建，79年3月29日落成啟用，101年12月底完成SPA區。
主體建築為2層樓，佔地總面積3102平方公尺，分為常溫游泳池、溫水游泳池與SPA區。大池長50公尺、寬25公尺，為標準八水道池；溫水游泳池長25公尺、四水道。
SPA區各項設備如下:
<烤箱>
使用人數:6~8人。設定溫度:55度C。
<蒸氣室>
使用人數:6~8人。設定溫度:45度C。
<SPA水療池及熱水池>
使用人數:12人。按摩床設備:4組、水湧泉設備:2組、氣泡湧泉設備:1組、強波按摩噴頭:5組。設定溫度:36度C。
<鵝頸池>
使用人數:6人。鵝頸設備組:6組。設定溫度:36度C。
<超音波池>
使用人數:4~6人。超音波噴頭組:4組。設定溫度:32度C。
<溫水漩渦池>
使用人數:4人。循環出水組:4只。
<游泳館開放時間>
週二~週日
上午：06:00-12:00（11:40清場）
下午：13:00-17:00（16:40清場）
晚上：18:00-20:30（20:20清場）
週一
當週上午：06:00-10:30（10:15清場），隔週一全天休館，國定假日休館另行公告。
<收費標準及使用方式>
一、全票新台幣100元，18歲以上及65歲以下民眾適用。
二、優惠票新台幣60元，65歲以上及未滿18歲民眾適用。
三、分享票新台幣800元，一次購買10張，不限本人，無期限。
四、月票卡新台幣1000元，限本人使用，每日使用1次時段(公休日除外)，申辦起40日內用畢，逾期作廢；另票卡遺失申請補發者，需繳交新台幣50元。
五、半年票卡新台幣5000元，限本人使用，每日使用1次時段(公休日除外)，效期為半年，逾期作廢；另票卡遺失申請補發者，需繳交新台幣50元。
六、年票卡新台幣9000元，限本人使用，每日使用1次時段(公休日除外)，效期為1年，逾期作廢；另票卡遺失申請補發者，需繳交新台幣50元。
<退票規定>非因可歸責於本場之事由，恕不受理退票申請，如有可歸責於本場之退票事由，有期限票卷以採行延長使用期限方式優先辦理之，分享票經審核後得辦理原價退票。

本游泳池以編列預算方式等作為履約保證。
<游泳池使用規則>
1、有酗酒、高血壓、皮膚病、心臟病或身體患有傳染病者禁止入池。
2、入池請著泳裝、泳帽，並預作暖身運動及沖洗身體。
3、身高未滿一三0公分者請使用溫水游泳池。
4、十二歲以下孩童入場必須由父母或監護人陪同，且禁止進入三溫暖區（烤箱室、蒸氣室、水療池）。
5、飯後一小時內、酒後或身體不適者請勿入池。
6、請勿攜帶食物、飲料、毛巾、拖鞋等物品入池，以維持潔淨。
7、池內禁止奔跑、追逐嬉戲，或跳水等妨害他人安全之行為。
8、SPA區內禁止游泳、嬉戲及使用任何浮具（手臂圈除外）。
9、游泳中如有身體不適，請立即離池或告知救生人員。
10、請遵守各項安全規定，並聽從救生人員、管理人員之勸導或引導。
11、泳池非開放時間請勿擅自進入游泳，以免發生意外。
12、私人物品請自行保管，若有遺失本場不負任何義務。
The swimming pool, built in January 1989 and completed in March 1990, is located on the left side of the Stadium. Since its opening in March 29, 1990, the swimming pool was added by the SPA area in the end of 2012.
Main part of the swimming pool is a two-floor building which covers a total area of 3,102 square meters. The building includes 3 main areas: one ambient temperature swimming pool, one heated swimming pool, and the SPA area. The big pool measures 50 meters in length and 25 meters in width which is a standard 8-lane swimming pool. The heated swimming pool is 25 meters long and has 4 lanes.
Facilities of the SPA include the followings:
A.Sauna Oven: Number of users: 6~8 people / Default temperature: 55 Degrees Celsius
B.Sauna Steam Room: Number of users: 6~8 people / Default temperature: 45 Degrees Celsius
C.SPA hydrotherapy pool and hot water pool: Number of users: 12 people / 4 sets of Massage bed, 2 sets of Water Spring, 1 set of Bubble Water Spring, 5 sets of Massage jet.
D.Gooseneck pool: Number of users: 6 people / 6 sets of gooseneck faucet / Default temperature: 36 Degrees Celsius.
E.Ultrasonic Pool: Number of users: 4~6 people / 4 sets of Ultrasonic jet faucet / Default temperature: 32 Degrees Celsius.
F.Whirlpool SPA: Number of users: 4 people / 4 sets of Circulating Water facility

Morning: 06:00~12:00 / Afternoon: 13:00~17:00 / Evening: 18:00~20:30
Facilities will be closed every other Monday and will closed for National holidays and Public Holidays with additional announcement.
Charges and Regulations:
A.Regular Ticket: NT$100, suitable for visitors aged 18 to 65.
B.Discount Ticket: NT$60, suitable for visitors aged 65 and above & aged 17 and under.
C.Share Ticket: NT$800 for 10 tickets with no limitation to personal use and with no expiration date.
D.Monthly Ticket: NT$1,000 for personal use only with limitation of one entry per opening day. The monthly ticket will be valid within 40 days upon application date. NT$50 will be charged for the reissue of the ticket upon application of ticket-missing.
E.Half-Yearly Ticket: NT$5,000 for personal use only with limitation of one entry per opening day. The half-yearly ticket will be valid within 6 months upon issued date. NT$50 will be charged for the reissue of the ticket upon application of ticket-missing.
F.Annual Ticket: NT$9,000 for personal use only with limitation of one entry per opening day. The annual ticket will be valid within one year upon issued date. NT$50 will be charged for the reissue of the ticket upon application of ticket-missing.

<Pool Rules>
1. People afflicted with alcohol, high blood pressure, skin disease, heart disease,or any communicable diseases are prohibited from entering the pool.
2. All patrons within the pool area must be attired in swimming apparel. Pool users must warm up and take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.
3. Any youth under the height of 130 cm should use the heates pool.
4. Kids under 12 years old in the pool must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.And be prohibited from entering the sauna.
5. Person with physical illness, after drinking, or within one hour of meal is not advised to swim.
6. Food, refreshment, towel and sandals are not permitted in the pool area.
7. No rough play, running or diving in the pool area.
8.No swimming, rough play, or snorkel kits are permitted in the SPA area(with theexception of arm bands).
9. Stop the facility that causes any upset while using and inform the staff nearby.
10. All persons using the pool have to following the guidance of the staff.
11. No swimming when the pool is closed. The owner is not responsible for any accidents happened outside the open hours.
12. Locker rooms are available. Leave valuables at home. The owner is not responsible for personal property at any time.
