位於福建省政府前方，西側緊鄰濱海公園，於91年9月24日開始興建，92年10月2日落成啟用，球場長87.59公尺，寬95.50公尺，全壘打牆至本壘板長85公尺，佔地總面積8000平方公尺，附夜間照明設備。
Slow Softball Field is located in front of the Fujian Provincial Government, the west side is next to Riverside Park. It began construction on September 24, 2002 and completed and open for use on October 2, 2003, the length is 87.59 meter and wide is 95.50 meter, home run wall to home plate is 85 meters long, covering a total area of 8,000 square meters with night-lighting equipment.
